Hendrix is a sweet and people-orientated dog! He is like a shadow to his foster mom and follows her around all day. He gets so excited when his foster mom picks him up to sit on the couch that he gives her tons of kisses and jumps around. Hendrix is looking for a home where he can be the only dog and get tons of attention. He does well with playful cats who are used to being around dogs. Hendrix is a puppy with tons of energy, so he is looking for an experienced adopter who will continue his training and knows what goes into having a puppy. He is a needy guy who wants to be the center of his family's attention, so he would not do well with someone who will be gone for many hours of the day or who wants a calm dog. Hendrix is nervous at first in the unfamiliar and he may nip or cower, but he benefits from consistent training and truly aims to please his humans. He is currently working on socialization outside of the home to correct his leash reactivity to other dogs. Hendrix is looking for a home that will give him so much love and attention.
