Russ is a hazel-eyed beauty who is incredibly affectionate. He loves to be cuddled, bathed, brushed, and to have his tummy pet. Russ has learned his foster parents' potty schedule and knows basic commands. When you call him, he immediately comes wanting his face stroked, and maybe even a little scratch behind the ears. Russ is terrific on a leash and truly enjoys moderate length walks and visits to the dog park where he can run and play. He loves it so much that when you show him his leash, he sits on his hind legs and begs. Russ doesn't like being left alone and would be good in a home with another dog so that he has someone to be with at all times. He may bark with new people, but learns quickly and with training has stopped. Russ is looking for an experienced adopter who is patient and kind to excited, energetic pups. He is also good with kids. He would be perfectly happy living in a home with another dog, being treated as a part of the family, where he can get a daily walk, follow you wherever you go, and snuggle next to you on the sofa.
