What is hospice care in a rescue? For OC Pom Rescue, a hospice dog is a Pomeranian that cannot handle the transition of moving to another home because of medical or behavioral reasons. This means that they are not available for adoption. Hospice care is one way that OC Pom Rescue can specifically serve the senior community of rescue dogs and provide them with plenty of love and medical care.
