Diamond

Diamond is an energetic boy with a mix of sweetness, street smarts, and puppy energy.

He is an extremely affectionate dog and borders on the side of needy. He will definitely follow you around all day and ask for snuggles and cuddles.

He likes to be the apple of your eye, so he can get jealous when you give attention to another pet.

He’s great with people of all ages and terrific with children. He’s fantastic on a leash and loves to go on walks. Even though he recently recovered from a predatory attack that left him with several puncture wounds, and 10 fractured ribs, he doesn’t seem at all traumatized by it and walks around with confidence and a friendly attitude.

Part of his torso and back were shaved when they treated his wounds, but when his hair grows back, he will have the most beautiful silky coat!

He’s a showstopper for sure! You’ll get lots of compliments from people who meet him or see him on a walk with you.

He’s a big eater and will eat anything that you serve him. He has been working on potty training at his foster parents house, and could use continued guidance. When he’s not wanting to cuddle with you, his favorite past time is to chew on bully sticks. He’s just learning how to play like a dog and like squeaky stuffed animals that he can shake around while he’s making little growls.

Diamond would make a fantastic family dog and would love an owner who is home a lot to spend time with him and give him the life that he didn’t have before and that he’s so deserves now.

In return, he will make you feel like the most loved human on the face of the earth!
