Toto is a happy and fun boy! He is an owner surrender who was given up because his family moved and did not want to keep him/ have enough time for him. Toto wants to be your shadow and loves to cuddle. He is great in the car and on walks. He enjoys going for all sorts of adventures, whether it be a mini road trip or a quick trip to the dog park. When Toto really wants more pets, he will sometimes bite the air and give a few barks to tell you he wants more! He LOVES cuddling and could sit next to you all day while you work.
