Todd is a rambunctious and feisty Pomeranian. He craves adventure and is happiest when he can go for car rides or play at the dog park. Todd can be temperamental and bite at unexpected times when he first gets into his home, but he has improved greatly with the consistency of his current foster home. We are unaware of his previous conditions, so we are unsure of what exactly triggers him to bite. When he is comfortable he can be very sweet and will ask to be pet. He can be bratty with other dogs and wants more attention to himself. Todd would be an ideal companion for an experienced adopter who wants a sturdy dog to take on adventures like hiking, road-tripping, or really anything else outdoors. He is great on a leash and has easily adapted to his foster's walking route and dog park. Todd is on seizure medication twice a day. He is potty trained in his foster home and is good about doing his business on walks.
We are looking for a forever home or a foster-to-adopt situation for Todd where he can get further training and one-on-one attention from experienced adopters. Todd is a true rescue dog, and it is clear that he did not have a comfortable or good life before coming into OC Pom Rescue's care. He is the best guy for an adventurous, patient adopter who primarily wants a companion for outdoor excursions where he can experience nature and non-stop fun.
