Berry Cobbler

Berry Cobbler is a very sweet and loving puppy. He gets along well with dogs and cats and he is great in the car! He is definitely shy at first, but he warms up quickly with lots of cuddles and kisses. He enjoys sitting pretty for his favorite chicken treat. Berry Cobbler likes to play with toys and will find one of his toys to play with, even if you are busy working or cooking at home. He may give a low bark when he is outside to show that he is excited to go on a walk or if he sees another dog that he is interested in. Berry does great with correction and looks to you to lead him on walks or in new situations. He will bark louder if he is not corrected, so it is important to be consistent with your commands as he is eager to please you! Berry is great walking on a leash and often will look at you with his tongue out while he is walking. It is the cutest thing! He has learned to go down the stairs in his foster's apartment, but he is still learning how to go up them. For now, he enjoys being carried up the steps like a king. 

Berry LOVES being invited up on the bed to cuddle, play with toys, and sleep. He sleeps in his bed and exercise pen in his foster's home, but he will be happy sleeping anywhere at night. Berry likes to potty on walks and will find any grassy area to do his business. With a consistent routine, he is not prone to having accidents. He may mark at first in a new home, but gets over that once he is familiar and comfortable with his home. Berry enjoys playing with his foster siblings and will even tug of war if his friends like doing that. He is a submissive pup who looks to you and his foster brothers for direction and on what the "vibe" is. If you are ready to play, he is down! If we are going for a long car ride, he is always ready to explore. If you want to just chill on the couch and watch a movie, Berry Cobbler will be nestled right up against you for the whole film!
