Cowboy

Cowboy is a 16 month-old pup who loves his hoomans! He’s a little guy with a big heart who loves giving kisses, belly rubs, and setting the dog high jump record (seriously, he is the Michael Jordan of dogs). From our experience, Cowboy quickly picks his person and sticks close by their side from morning through night, and is ready to play with his toys at a moment’s notice. That said, he’s affectionate with anyone and everyone, and loves attention. In fact, he’ll let you know if you aren’t giving him enough attention with a bark or jumping onto your lap.

Cowboy is a perfect fit for dog-less families since he’s not a huge fan of sharing his humans with other pups. He’s also not always comfortable being left home alone, which makes his travel-size ideal. He is easy to take on car rides or out to lunch dates! Cowboy is great in a sling because he loves time with his family. Cowboy is quite young and has puppy tendencies, so he is looking for a family that wants a young and active dog to train and go on  adventures with. He can be a bit bark-y at times and has a loud voice, so this is a focus area with his family in exposing him to new adventures and activities so that he doesn't always feel the need to "talk" about his feelings so often. He is AWESOME on walks and enjoys getting out of the house. He can be picky at first, but gets a good appetite once he is on the diet that he prefers. He likes fresh food! Cowboy is incredibly loving and wants nothing than to be spoiled by his family.
