Jasper

Jasper is a 9 year-old Pomeranian gentleman who has truly mastered the art of relaxation. This sweet little guy is a total couch potato—calm, quiet, and endlessly content just being near his favorite person. If you’re looking for a devoted companion who wants nothing more than to curl up beside you and soak in all the love, Jasper may be your soulmate. Jasper is a certified snuggle bug who adores belly rubs and being close to his human. While he is crate trained, he much prefers sleeping with his person, where he can feel safe and connected. He bonds deeply and will happily spend his days lounging nearby, keeping you company while you work, read, or binge your favorite shows.

Though mostly laid-back, Jasper does have a small burst of morning energy where he enjoys stretching his legs before settling back into his cozy routine. He’s not a big barker and is generally very quiet and polite around the house. Jasper is tolerant of other dogs but appreciates having his space. He would truly thrive as an only dog where he can soak up all the attention and enjoy a peaceful, predictable environment. Loud noises can startle him, so he’s best suited for a calm home. He has been around children ages 7 and up and has done well, though a home without toddlers would likely be a better fit. His feelings about cats are currently unknown.

We are still working on Jasper’s potty habits, and with a little patience and consistency, he continues to make progress. Jasper is the kind of dog who doesn’t demand much—just love, a soft place to rest, and a human to call his own. In return, he gives gentle companionship, quiet devotion, and the sweetest cuddles imaginable.
