Aston Martin

Aston Martin is accepting applications for a loving new person to shadow! This spunky 8-year-old  pom-chi came to the shelter after his owner could no longer care for him. Shelter life was overwhelming for him, and he became understandably fearful in that environment. Thankfully, OC Pom stepped in and brought him into a calmer setting, where his true personality has been able to shine. He is now ready to find a cozy place to call home. His favorite things include stroller rides, looking out the window, car rides, chicken treats, and requesting pets while sitting beside you on the couch. Aston Martin would be delighted to serve as your loyal sidekick on daily adventures, but he is also comfortable relaxing at home on his own and will nap by the door while he waits for your return. He may bark to alert you to visitors or unexpected sounds—even if the “visitor” is just someone coming back from another room. He is not a fan of long walks unless his stroller is involved, and he prefers quick potty breaks in quiet areas before heading back inside. Because he has a bit of classic Chihuahua spice, Aston Martin would do best in a home without small children and with someone who has Chihuahua/Pom experience. He would do well with other mellow pups his own size or as your one and only getting all the attention!
