Shortbread

Hi there! My name is Shortbread, and I’m a fluffy little Valentine’s Day baby with a big heart and an even bigger personality. They say I look like a tiny polar bear, but I promise I’m way cuddlier—and much warmer to snuggle with!

I’m a Pomeranian, so yes, my hair is fabulous, but I’m more than just a pretty face.

I’m a well-mannered gentleman who knows the difference between a chew toy and your favorite shoes (you’re welcome). That said, I do enjoy a good bone to gnaw on because, hey, I’m still a puppy and gotta keep these pearly whites busy! I’ve got a playful streak for sure—wrestling with other dogs and playing chase are my absolute favorite games.

But I’m also a champion sleeper. Want to sleep in until noon? No problem, I’ll be right there snoozing beside you. I love to curl up against you at night, sit next to you during the day, and rest my fluffy little head on your lap just to remind you how much I adore you. When I’m awake, I’m all about the daily adventures. Two walks a day are just perfect, and if you take me out before bedtime, I’ll make sure all my business is done so we can enjoy a peaceful night together.

I’m potty trained at my foster home, but I’ll need a little help learning the ropes in yours.

Oh, and I might bark if there’s activity outside—someone has to keep you updated on neighborhood news, right? I’m going to grow to be around 15–18 pounds, but with my thick, luxurious coat, I’ll look even fluffier.
