Wishbone is a sweet, affectionate boy who loves being close to his favorite person. He’s a big fan of belly rubs, lounging on a patch of fresh grass, and happily curling up at your feet while you work from home. If you’re looking for a loyal little work-from-home buddy, Wishbone is ready for the job.

He’s also a great walking companion—he walks nicely on leash without pulling and enjoys getting out to explore. When he gets tired he enjoys being carried or continuing the walk in his stroller. He does believe that any unattended slice of pizza found along the way is fair game, so his future family should be prepared for his excellent street-snack radar.

When it comes to other dogs, Wishbone likes to take things at his own pace. He can be selective and may need some time and thoughtful introductions before feeling comfortable with a new canine friend. Once he knows his surroundings and the people in them, his happy, loving personality really shines.

Wishbone bonds closely with his person and loves having them nearby. He may whine when left alone because, in his opinion, life is simply better when his favorite human is around. He would thrive with someone who is comfortable continuing to work with him on building confidence and independence when home alone.
