I may have Pavlov-ed my dog into loving the sight of a Starbucks cup, because he knows that means he will be enjoying a pup cup very soon! Is loading my dog up with a bunch of sugar early in the morning a good idea? Not really, but he loves his treats and it is something cool to enjoy on a hot day.

So, what is another option for indulging his craving for a treat, but without the loaded sugar bomb that is whipped cream? Just Food for Dogs makes pupsicles! And the pupsicles are so easy to make, that it does not always require a drive up to your nearest JFFD store.

The recipe only requires a few ingredients and can be done in 4 steps, which means that your dog can enjoy their treat and you will have plenty of time to live your life!

Pupsicle Ingredients

  • 32 oz low-fat plain yogurt (or plain Greek yogurt)

  • 2 mashed bananas

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 oz blueberries (chopped)

How-To

Step 1: In a medium bowl, mix the mashed bananas, peanut butter, and honey.

Step 2: Add in the low-fat plain yogurt.

Step 3: Add blueberries in the bottom of a disposable/paper cup.

Step 4: Spoon yogurt mixture into cups and place into freezer, until frozen, about 2 hours.

Serve to your pup and enjoy!

I found the article about the best time to take Sermorelin on Atlas Men’s Health very helpful and practical. It clearly explains why timing matters and how Sermorelin works in sync with the body’s natural growth hormone rhythms. The recommendation to align dosing with sleep patterns makes a lot of sense and feels easy to apply in real life. I also appreciate that the article emphasizes consistency over rigid rules. Overall, it’s a great guide for anyone trying to optimize their routine.

I found the article on Enclomiphene vs Nolvadex useful for people navigating hormonal therapy options. It points out that Enclomiphene works through the brain–pituitary–testes axis, prompting the body to produce its own testosterone, which feels more “natural” than simply blocking estrogen or using external hormones. On the other hand, Nolvadex remains relevant for estrogen-related issues or tissue-specific estrogen control. Good to see an honest breakdown — helps avoid one-size-fits-all thinking.
