Now you may be thinking: why would anybody ever Google this question? What weirdo names their dog after Oktoberfest?
Maybe I have the weirdest search history every or I can blame it on OC Pom for asking me to get a list together for their next Oktoberfest Pack, but like, imagine a dog named Pretzel? or Streusel? Come on, that's cute!!
Oktoberfest is a celebration! Sure, it started out as a celebration of the marriage of King Ludwig I and Princess Therese of Saxe-Hildburghausen, but the whole point of the celebration is to drink, dance, and be merry!
Immediately when we started planning for an Oktoberfest-themed adoption event (Barktoberfest, if you're nasty), I ordered Lederhosen for Poppy the Pom. Naturally, the designated hype Pom has to dress for the occasion, and she needs to have a pack of Poms that can join in on the fun! What realization I came to, though, was that there is a serious lack of Oktoberfest-themed names on the internet!!
Crazy, right?!
So, I thought we would make it easier for you in the event that you find yourself ordering Lederhosen and asking P.L.A.Y. for stuffed beer and turkey leg toys by putting this list of names together.
